On usage of the filling device (1), it is connectable via a filling conduit (3) with the filling connection (10) of the hydraulic positioning component (2). The tank (5) contg. the hydraulic fluid of the filling device is connectable via a venting conduit (4,14) to be filled. In the venting conduit, a venting show glass (18) is arranged for checking the venting state of the hydraulic positioning component. In the venting conduit, a cut-off tap (17) is arranged.
