PURPOSE:To identify the cells having an antigen-antibody complex without using complement by rotating a vessel contg. a 1st liquid contg. the cells having the antigen-antibody complex on the surface and a 2nd liquid having the sp. gr. higher than the sp. gr. thereof. CONSTITUTION:Holders 10 which freely attachably and detachably hold plates 12 provided with many wells 11 are provided on the inside wall of a drum 1. The liquid 13 having the sp. gr. higher than the sp. gr. of a plasma liquid 14 and the plasma liquid 14 are injected into the respective wells 11. B antibodies 18 are conjugated with the B lymphocytes 20 contained in the plasma liquid 14 and the FC part of the B antibodies 18 is conjugated with protein A30 during the rotation of the drum 1. The B lymphocytes 20 are captured in the protein A30 via the B antibodies 18 when the liquid 13 and the plasma liquid 14 are removed from the wells 11 fixed with the protein 30 after the rotation of the drum 1 is stopped. The B lymphocytes 20 are made into the solid phase by cleaning the same.
