PURPOSE:To improve the extent of safety by detecting each operation of both first and second brake switches being turned on or off according to each brake operation of both front and rear wheels, and when an estimated body speed is varied a time of nondetection of a switch operating signal, having it judged as trouble happening. CONSTITUTION:An operation part CAL, receiving each signal out of respective wheel speed sensors FS, RS and brake switches FB, RB for both front and rear wheels via an input interface I/O, calculates an estimated body speed VREF, detecting something trouble in a brake operating system, and it judges the extent of brake pressure in each wheel. In this operation part CAL, when each braking operation of both front and rear wheels is not yet detected by respective brake switches FB, RB, as well as when a variation from the first specified speed to the second specified speed, slower than the first one, in the estimated body speed is detected at least one time, it is so judged as something trouble, and a warning lamp WL is made so as to be flashed.
