Installation for the air-conditioning of domestic premises, exhibiting very great simplicity of construction and of management and simultaneously allowing the production of domestic hot water, characterised in that it includes a heating section (3) comprising a first heat exchanger (9) for heating the air-conditioning water, in conjunction with a second exchanger (13) for producing domestic hot water equipped with a tank (14), inlet and outlet pipes (23, 24) for domestic water, as well as a section (4) for cooling the air-conditioning water, including a condenser (30) in conjunction with the tank (14).
