The invention relates to a device making it possible to transport, without risk of breakage, leakage or spillage, group-A radioactive, dangerous or infectious substances by any mode of transport. It consists of a sleeve having a lower and upper opening in which a cut-out lined with shock-absorbing material is engaged by sliding. A retaining pocket containing the flask of dangerous product and fitted with absorbent material is closed and placed in the device. Once the cut-out is folded down over the retaining pocket, it is completely engaged by sliding in the sleeve. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the transport of group-A radioactive, dangerous or infectious substances.
