An installation for regulating the draught for a heating device comprises: - a distributor unit (1), - a regulating unit (2) for setting the airflow rate as a function of the vacuum produced in the flue-gas tube (9) by the heating device (4), - an inlet unit (3). The heating device (4) is connected to a modular block (1) by a line (5) which is attached to a component (13 or 20) having cylinder segments (14, 15, 16). The line (5) enables combustion air to be fed into the heating device (4), for example a fireplace. The draught-regulating unit (2) for a fireplace has flaps (39, 40) which are pivotable about pivots (51, 52) which are connected by mechanical members (gears 42, 48, 49, 50) guaranteeing a symmetrical adjustment.
