Use for the treatment of combination skin of an effective amount of a single substance having both emollient and lipase inhibiting properties, or alternatively of the combination of an effective amount of an emollient substance not having of activity on the action of lipases and of a non-emollient substance having an inhibiting activity of lipases, in an appropriate cosmetic base.
