Clock for levelling vehicles on uneven ground

A chock for levelling vehicles or preventing trailers moving that need to be horizontal from stationary e.g. coaches or motor-homes or caravans militant levelling devices consists of a combustion of two inclined wedges (1) and two shoes (6) that play the part of counter wedges. The upper surface of the wedge (1) and the under surface of the shoe (6) have transverse notches (5,7) in the form of saw teeth that engage to locate the shoe on the wedge at adjustable heights and hold the vehicle weight. The vehicle is driven up the wedge then the shoe fitted. A stop (3) of more pronounced inclinisation prevents vehicle overrun.
