The system for flaking trees mounted on a plinth (62) consists of two flaking posts (16,18) and a supply post (26). A transport chain (20) comprises a ground located chain conveyor (28) with a reception plate (42) for the products. First and second transfer device (22,222) are interposed between the transfer chain and the first and second flaking posts. Each flaking post has a product reception plate (48,248) which rotate in opposite directions (50,250). Device for projecting the flaking material (52,252) comprise a mixing pistol operating under pressure and a support frame. The support frame is equipped with device for the positioning and translational movement of the pistol along a vertical axis, its rotation about this axis and about a fixed point. The control (68,268) for flake projection comprises a console for remote steering of the adjustment, positioning and manoeuvring of the pistol.
