Armlet in or for a gown

An armlet which comprises a cover portion (10) as of nylon lined polyvinylchloride to which is secured a sleeve end (11) as of elasticated polyvinylchloride. The sleeve end (11) in use engages the forearm of the wearer to substantially prevent water passing up the arm of the wearer. A number of spaced ribs (16) act as marker lines should the user wish to cut the sleeve and to adjust the diameter of the opening (17). The armlet may be independent as shown or it may be formed integrally with a gown (Figs. 2 and 3 not shown) for farmers. IMAGE
