PURPOSE: To obtain a cockroach-repelling material for intermittently repelling cockroach through being stuck onto the wall and/or floor surfaces of housing, stores etc., back and/or bottom surfaces of housing equipment, range tables etc., by incorporating a sheet- or tape-like base material with a cockroach repellent. ;CONSTITUTION: This cockroach-repelling material 1 is obtained by incorporating a resin with a cockroach repellent such as ethofenprox followed by processing the blend into a sheet or tape form. The repelling material 1 is made to have a width appropriate for stopping the joint between two wall surfaces 2 or between a wall surface 2 and floor surface, and the back surface of the material 1 is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
