WASTE PLASTIC PRODUCT DISPOSAL DEVICE AND DISPOSAL METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a waste plastic product disposal device which muffles efficiently a noise generated by the crushing operation of a plastic material dismantled from a waste plastic product and improve the environment of a workshop and a disposal method using said device. CONSTITUTION: A plastic material dismantled from a waste plastic product is charged into a material loading chamber 2 from a charge port 5, then is crushed in a crushing chamber 3, and the crushed pieces are discharged from a discharge port. In the crushing chamber 3, a noise generated by the crushing operation is received by a microphone 14 and its frequency is analyzed using a control part 15. In addition, the noise and a sonic wave for sound muffling are combined to offset each other and thus the noise is reduced by scattering the sonic wave for sound muffling of a reversed phase to the noise into the crushing chamber through a speaker 3.4.
