PURPOSE: To obtain a projection for support lattice movement prevention and its formation method having strength enough to limit the movement of a support lattice without using a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: Projections 3a, 3b for support lattice movement prevention formed at upper and lower positions sandwiching a strap 2 of each support lattice of the surface of a guide tube 1 for instrumentation are opposed to the upper end 2a and the lower end 2b of the strap of the support lattice for preventing the movement comprise openings 4a, 4b in the form of protection respectively. In addition, after the guide tube for the instrumentation is slit the projections for the support lattice prevention are formed by partially tube- expanding the area of the reverse side of the circumferential area of the slit in a center in the longitudinal direction of the slit for the end part of the opposed strap.
