(57) Abstract It is method in order to identify the object where this invention has recognition possible boundary and inspects and something regarding the device. Boundary of the object in the picture to be inspected (40), forms the sequence whose parameter of boundary pixel is regular: p1. .p k. .p N, here, p1 is parameter value of 1st boundary pixel; Here, p N is parameter value of last boundary pixel; N is total number of boundary pixel, k is the index for N pixel. In order for k to satisfy following kind of related (i), the pk data point is decided (42): l/Mk/Ni/M, here, M is total number of quantile division, i is ith quantile division. It is ith quantile of M division where the object is identified on the basis of p k data point value, as for that data point, is obtained from the above-mentioned relationship.
