PURPOSE: To enhance seismic performance and simplify on-site work by installing a plurality of connection materials between through posts extending to an upper story with a specified spacing and connecting the through posts. ;CONSTITUTION: A pair of through posts 1 formed in a specified length in conformity with the elevation of a building to be constructed are arranged to face each other with a specified spacing. Connection materials 2 are installed between the through posts 2 with a specified spacing, thereby forming a space 4 with the connecting materials 2 and the through posts 1. A fixture 5 is fixed with each of four corners of each space 4 while a pair of bracings 6 are installed crosswise so that a press material 3 may be formed, thereby forming a framework bearing wall A. A pair of through posts B are connected to the central through post la by the connection material 2, thereby forming an L- shaped framework bearing wall B to be used for the corner area of the building. In the case when a framework is constructed, the framework bearing wall A is installed to the central part while the framework bearing wall B is installed to the corner area.
