GUIDE FOR DRY JET-WET SPINNING AND DRY JET-WET SPINNING METHOD

PURPOSE: To enable yarns stably running by lowering processed tension, by using a drum-shape coagulation bath guide varying running direction of a spun yarn bundle under its gathering and making the surface of the guide to a matte- finished state. ;CONSTITUTION: Yarn bundles 1 spun by a dry jet-wet spinning method are gathered with a guide 2 having a drum-like shape and a matte-finished surface, spreading of the yarns in a bath is suppressed, accompanied flow is reduced and a coagulating tension is reduced. A radius of curvature R of the drum-shape guide in a longitudinal direction is preferably about 100-1500mm and minimum diameter at convex part of the guide is normally 3-10mm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
