NUCLEIC ACID FRAGMENT HAVING REVERSE COMPLEMENTARY CHAIN BASE SEQUENCE OF PAPTIAL SEQUENCE OF BORDETELLA BRONCHISEPTICA 23S RIBOSOME RNA GENE AND DETECTION OF BORDETELLA BRONCHISEPTICA USING THE SAME FRAGMENT
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject new nucleic acid fragment for detection, etc., of Bordetella bronchiseptica which is a pathogen for livestock chronic respiratory diseases, having a reverse complementary chain base sequence of a partial sequence of Bordetella bronchiseptica 23S ribosome RNA gene. ;CONSTITUTION: This new nucleic acid fragment has a reverse complementary chain base sequence of a partial sequence of Bordetella bronchiseptica 23S ribosome RNA gene and contains at least 10 continued bases among a base sequence expressed by formula I. Bordetella bronchiseptica infecting to various kinds of animals such as pigs, dogs, rabbits and turkeys guinea pigs, rats and causing their chronic respiratory diseases can specifically be detected in high sensitivity by carrying out hybridization using the nucleic acid fragment as a labeled prode and a nucleic acid fragment having a base sequence expressed by formula II as a capturing probe fixed to a carrier, respectively. The uncleic acid fragment is obtained by synthesizing the reverse complementary chain sequence of a partial sequence of Bordetella bronchiseptica 23S liposome RNA.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
