PURPOSE: To provide a bearing body used for the easily executed bearing structure of a bridge. ;CONSTITUTION: The bearing structure of a bridge consists of an upper shoe 2 installed onto the undersides of bridge girders, a lower shoe 3 mounted on the top faces of piers and a rubber bearing body 4 disposed between these both shoes 2, 3 and formed under the state, in which a surface on the lower shoe 3 side is displaced in the longitudinal direction of the piers to a surface on the upper shoe 2 side. When the bridge girders are moved at a fixed distance towards the longitudinal direction by the drying shrinkage, etc., of the components of the bridge girders from the mounting state at an initial stage, the displacement of the surface on the lower shoe 3 side to the surface on the upper shoe 2 side of the rubber bearing body 4 is removed approximately with the movement of the bridge girders.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
