FOUR CORNER ERROR REGULATING METHOD FOR LOAD CELL TYPE LOAD METER

PURPOSE: To provide a method which can regulate the four corner errors only by a signal processing, without scraping the thin wall parts of a distortion raising body. ;CONSTITUTION: When a load cell type load meter in which thin wall parts are formed at four positions to a distortion raising body so as to form a revival mechanism, the first to the fourth strain gages R₁ to R₄ with a single shaft are stuck corresponding to the thin wall parts, and a bridge circuit is formed by the first to the fourth strain gages R₁ to R₄, so as to pick up the output, is regulated, the fifth and the sixth strain gages R₅ to R₆ to detect the components of distortions orthogonal each other, generated by a torsion force, are sruck on the side surface of either the upper surface or the lower surface of the distortion raising body, and the potentials e1 of the contact of the first and the fourth strain gages R₁ and R₄; the potential e2 of the contact of the second and the third strain gages R₂ and R₃; and the potential e3 of the contact of the fifth and the sixth strain gages R₅ and R₆; when a standard sash weight is loaded to each part of a loading board, are measured, correction factor K_τ and KM are stored, and the load of each time is measured depending on the potentials e1, e2, and e3, and the correction factor K_τ and KM, when a load F is loaded on an adequate position of the above loading board, and the results are output.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
