PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method in which more precise information on the life and other test items of a test sample can be obtained with better reproducibility by a method wherein the test sample is exposed precisely to specific conditions so as to be compared in various tests and weather conditions are set in advance precisely. ;SOLUTION: A heater 30 and a cooling-air entrance and ventilation port 48 which can be opened and chut by a control member 51 so as to be adjustable, which is provided with a damper 50 and which can be opened and shut so as to be adjustable are utilized, and a temperature in a testing chamber 14 is controlled. The degree of humidity which is given by spraying devices 52, 53 to the air circulating in the chamber 14 can be controlled. A humidity sensor 43 communicates with a microprocessor 38. All operations are controlled automatically, an undesirable change in conditions due to a feedback problem is not generated, the accuracy of the measured value of data is enhanced, and an effect to precisely set desired temperature and humidity conditions is realized.
