RETREADED TIRE USED FOR HIGH SPEED HEAVY LOAD

摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance durability of a retreaded high speed heavy load tire by restraining or preventing generation of any separation trouble of the retreaded tire when a tire in which coating rubber of high elastic modulus is used in its carcass ply is retreaded. CONSTITUTION: In the case of a retreaded tire used for a high speed heavy load in which tread rubber reinforcing fabric layer and cushion rubber are newly stretched, the retreaded tire is forced to make 100% modulus of its cushion rubber to have 100% modulus ratio of the coating rubber of the carcass ply of base tire in a range from 80 to 120%.
