COMPOSITELY BURIED MATERIAL FOR SUBSTRATE FOR CONCRETE SLAB AND SUBSTRATE FOR CONCRETE SLAB USING COMPOSITELY BURIED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To simplify the mounting operation of a compositely buried material by fixing a surface-shaped linking member taking in uncured concrete onto the side face of the buried material made of a foamed resin and placing and fastening the buried material on an uncured concrete slab through the linking member. ;CONSTITUTION: A buried material 10 is manufactured of a foamed resin material, the shape is formed in an approximately rectangular parallelopiped, in which a recessed section 14 is formed to an underside, and a lath net 20 as a linking member is thermally welded onto the underside except the recessed section 14. Compositely buried materials B fixed onto the top face of a substrate C for a concrete slab are formed by pushing and fastening the lath nets 20 as the surface-shaped linking members taking in uncured concrete onto at least one side faces of the buried materials 10. Accordingly, since the concrete of the substrate C for concrete is cured under the state, in which concrete is taken into the lath nets 20 of the compositely buried materials B, strong fixing force is displayed among the substrate C for concrete and the buried materials 10, thus surely executing the concrete slabs of a building with high practicability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
