PURPOSE: To realize the personnel merit rating system of a higher degree of compliance and a higher degree of opening to the public in personnel merit rating by liberally and severely adjusting and calculating the data on plural merit rating persons, and calculating more righteous value, and executing calculation processing for the reflection of the personnel merit rating for a raise of salary and a bonus as well. ;CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of an external storage device 1, a display device 2, an input device 3, a central processing unit 4, and an output device 5, and the external storage device 1 is provided with the master file of basic information required for personnel merit rating data processing, and in response to the input of a command from the input device 3, personnel merit rating data processing work is executed while executing the correction of the liberalness or the severeness of the merit rating persons and the variance of the data. This calculation processed data and set data are stored in the data file of the external storage device 1. In response to the input of the command to the input device, various kinds of information are displayed on the display device 2 in a graph form easy to grasp visually as making the master file key data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
