PURPOSE: To obtain the subject curve by taking each specific index on the axis of ordinates and the axis of abscissae. ;CONSTITUTION: The product of the time(T) from a specimen administration to the blood collection and clearance(CL) is taken on one party of the axes of coordinates, while the product of blood specimen level (Cp) and specimen dose (D) on the other party; alternatively, the value obtained by dividing (T×CL) by stationary state distribution volume (Vss) is taken on one party, while the value obtained by dividing Cp by the ratio of D/Vss on the other party. Thus, renal clearance can be assayed accurately by a single administration of a specimen or a single blood collection for a specimen, leading to significantly reducing the pain of or burden on patients and the burden on assaying person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
