PURPOSE: To provide a necktie clasp which is excellent in aesthetic and which can enhance the dignity by sticking a pin attached to the rear side of a hold body of the necktie clasp into the cloth of a shirt or the like, and by retaining the same on the rear side of the shirt. ;CONSTITUTION: A necktie clasp is composed of a rectangular conduit-like holder A having a pin, and a retainer B for receiving the pin, having a front surface part 1 provided with a decorative surface or a mortized surface 4, and side surface parts 2, 3 which are curved convexly and concavely, and accordingly, the holder A and the retainer B are used in a pair. With this arrangement, it is not required to restrain a cord from a 1000 necktie, but it is only necessary to pass the same therethrough. Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate the necessity of cumbersome restraint of the cord. Further, it is possible to prevent oscillation of the loop cord of the loop necktie, and further to adjust the loop cord in accordance with a change in its posture by its deadweight.
