ULTRAFINE FIBRILLATED CELLULOSE AND ITS PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION OF COATED PAPER USING THE ULTRAFINE FIBRILLATED CELLULOSE AND PRODUCTION OF DYED PAPER

摘要

PURPOSE: To produce coated paper or a dyed paper by further refining fine fibrillated cellulose obtained by refining cellulosic fibers to a prescribed degree to obtain ultrafine fibrillated cellulose, and utilizing resultant ultrafine fibrillated cellulose. ;CONSTITUTION: To obtain ultrafine fibrillated cellulose having 0.05-0.1mm number fiber length of ≥95% of integrated number to total number of the fiber and ≥50 aspect ratio of the fiber, preliminary beaten pulp slurry is refined by using a pulpstone plate-rubbing device wherein plural pupstones are placed in rubbing positions and fine fibrillated cellulose is obtained and the cellulose is further ultra-refined by using a high-pressure homogenizer. Coated paper obtained by using a coating material added with the ultrafine fibrillated cellulose has bulky feeling and excellent printing property.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
