PURPOSE: To provide a restoration assisting tool by which the hull can be easily restored by oneself when it overturns, and an open deck canoe having the restoration assisting tool. ;CONSTITUTION: This is composed of an arm and a buoyant body which can be installed on gunnels 6 arranged on side walls 3a of the hull 3 in an open deck canoe 1, and at overturned time, this is installed on the gunnels 6, and the hull 3 is inclined with its buoyant body with the axis, and water can be discharged from a deck space 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
