PURPOSE: To deal with the image of forms, which is inputted without using the line on the side of facsimile communication, equally to forms processing by a facsimile. ;CONSTITUTION: When a fund transfer request note 15 is read by a scanner 23 provided on the side of reception, that signal is inputted through a work station 22 or the like to a main controller 6. The signal constitution of this image of the forms received to the main controller 6 is made equivalent to that of the image of forms received through a facsimile controller 5. Therefore, following character recognizing processing or the like can be performed by an existent system. When the output destination of documents for data correction or confirmation is the work station 22 to which the scanner 23 is connected, those documents are transferred to there.
