摘要

PURPOSE:To form a weld zone having high strength and high toughness even at high T. P. with good welding workability by specifying the compsn. components and weight % of a steel wire for welding. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. components of the steel wire for gas shielded arc welding of a Cr-Mo low alloy heat resisting steel and the weight % thereof are specified as follows: The components contain 0.04% -0.10% Co, 0.25%-0.60% Si, 0.65%-1.20% Mn, =2.20% and 2.70% Cr, 0.90%-1.20% Mo, contain =2 kinds among 0.04%-0.75% V, 0.02%-0.10% Nb, and =0.006% B and consist of the balance iron and unavoidable impurities. The weld zone having the characteristics including the high strength and high toughness is obtd. even at the high T. P. if welding is executed by using such wire.
