摘要

PURPOSE: To improve an insulation function by forming a recessed section on the end of a sealing section formed at both ends of a light emitting tube, introducing out an external lead wire from the recessed section, and inserting the end of the insulation tube of the lead wire in the recessed section. ;CONSTITUTION: A light emitting tube 11 is formed out of discharge space 12 of ellipsoidal shape, crush sealed sections 13a and 13b sealed in electrodes 14a and 14b, metallic foil conductors 15a and 15b, respectively laid inside. A recessed section 17 with one end open is formed in a skirt section formed on the forward end of one sealed section 13a of the tube 11, and an external lead wire 16a is led out from the section 17. Also, the insulation tube 18 of the wire 16a is inserted in the section 17. Another lead wire 16b led out from the other sealed section 13b is bent like a U-shape at an intermediate position, and laid so as to keep the leading end thereof along the section 13a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
