PURPOSE:To prevent a plate from jolting by making an outer diameter of the band plate to be set up in a steel pole be more smallish than an inner diameter of the steel pole, and filling up a clearance between the plate and a steel frame in and around a bolt with resin. CONSTITUTION:A band plate 3, whose outer diameter is more smallish than an inner diameter of a steel pole 1, is set in the steel pole 1, and an outlet part is temporarily clamped by an erection bolt covered with a rubber film. Next, when liquid epoxy resin 7 is injected from an inlet of the bolt, this resin 7 goes out of the outlet, having the rubber film expanded in a clearance 5. Then, when the resin 7 is hardened, the erection bolt is pulled out and a regular bolt 6 is screwed therein instead.
