PURPOSE:To increase the oscillation angle of an antenna beam and reduce the number of antenna elements by frequency-dividing signals received by antennas and conducting phase processing and signal processing by a monopulse comparator. CONSTITUTION:First frequency-divided signal 55 to which signal 71 received by a first antenna 74 is frequency-divided by a frequency divider 54 and second frequency- divided signal 57 to which signal 73 received by a second antenna 76 is frequency- divided by another frequency divider 56, and they are phase-adjusted in phase shifters 20 and 21, respectively, and applied to a monopulse comparator 24 to be converted to sum signal 25 and difference signal 27 therein. The sum signal 25 and the difference signal 27 are amplitude-detected and which one of two amplitude detection outputs is larger than the other is discriminated by a magnitude discriminator. The larger signal is utilized as a signal for automatic gain control. The larger one of the sum signal 25 and the difference signal 27 is made constant and a multiplying operation is conducted on the sum signal 25 and the difference signal 27 in a multiplier by using channel changeover signal indicating which one of the sum signal 25 and the difference signal 27 is larger whereby angle error signal is taken out.
