PURPOSE: To improve the aseismicity of a building by forming the connecting structure of a vertical column and a horizontal beam by using an all-factory fillet weld and all-field bolting splicing method to a new building construction. ;CONSTITUTION: A new SMRF system is composed of a singular number or a plurality of column tree aggregate 13, which is connected to the side by bonding-beam aggregate 16 at each floor level, and besides connected in the vertical direction by column splicings 15. The column tree aggregate 13 contains vertical columns 14 comprising the splicings 15, and is made up of primary aggregate 17 connecting secondary branch aggregate 18. The bonding-beam aggregate 16 is directed in the horizontal direction, and each end of bonding beams 19 is positioned adjacent to the free ends of the secondary branch aggregate 18 with the object of splicing. The bonding beams 19 and the primary and secondary branch aggregate 17, 18 are factory-produced in separate element, and these beams and aggregate are combined in a factory and the column tree aggregate 13 is manufactured, but all welding works are managed in the factory.
