Stability for revealing the alpha 1 anti trypsin DNA structure

PURPOSE: To obtain a new DNA structure useful for proliferating a host cell expressing α-1-antitrypsin at a faster proliferation rate and in a larger cell density. ;CONSTITUTION: A DNA structure such as a plasmid containing a gene repairing a defect in a host cell. The defect exists on a function necessary for the proliferation of normal cell in a composite culture medium. The DNA sequence encodes α-1-antitrypsin.
