PURPOSE: To obtain semipermanently electric energy with no supply within the life of a permanent magnet by radially disposing the poles of a rotor from a center toward outside. ;CONSTITUTION: When the outer poles 2 to the pole 1 of a rotor l is so approached by deviating from the central axis of the rotor 1 that the same polarities are opposed, a force for repelling the poles is generated if there is sufficient intensity of magnetic force, the angles of the poles of the rotor 1 and the outer pole 2 are not opposed at the front with the central axis of the rotor 1, deviated from the central axis and hence the repelling force is not received directly by the entire central axis, and hence, a rotary force due to the deviation is generated. As long as the poles of the repelling force side are continuously placed at the position for generating the repelling force, the rotary force due to the deviation is continuously generated. Thus, the electric energy can be generated without supply within the rang of the life of the permanent magnet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
