TREATING CAGE AND TREATING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To obviate the generation of unequal treatments and treatment defects in a washing treatment and plating treatment. ;CONSTITUTION: A treating cage 1 consists of a meshed cage part 2 housing objects to be treated and a thin cylindrical part 3 successively disposed at the top end thereof. The bottom of the meshed cage part is provided with a tapered liquid flow control plate 4 flaring diagonally downward and a tapered liquid flow control plate 5 flaring diagonally upward. The top end of the cylindrical part is provided with a tapered liquid flow control plate 6 formed wider upward and a top plate 7 in a capped state. The top plate is provided with plural hollow cylindrical bodies of a funnel shape formed finer downward. The liquid flow of the treating liquid flowing into the meshed cage part is controlled when the treating cage is lifted by using a vertical driving means within a treating water vessel contg. the treating liquid. The objects to be treated are thus agitated and the treatment, such as washing treatment, free from the unequal treatment, is executable. Fixing of the liquid flow control plates fixed to the bottom of the meshed cage part at the bottom of the treating cage of the treating device is equally satisfactory.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
