PURPOSE: To remove the adhered powder/grain with a compact structure by suspending a plurality of powder/grain colliding bars on the opposite side of the upper side part to a powder/grain carrying conveyor discharge side in such a manner as to be capable of oscillating, and oscillating the powder/grain colliding bars at a prescribed timing by an oscillating device. ;CONSTITUTION: Powder/grain colliding bars 4b are arranged at small intervals, whereby the water-contained powder grain discharged from a conveyor is accumulated on the powder/grain colliding bar 4b surface and between the powder/grain colliding bars 4b. When the powder/grain colliding bars 4b are oscillated forward at any timing, a powder/grain 7 can be partially peeled and made to fall with the powder/grain 7 adhered between the powder/grain colliding bars 4b as the starting point. Thus, the powder/grain 7 is laid in the state slightly adhered to the powder/grain colliding bar 4b surfaces without being grown more than it, and can be stably carried over a long period, and the wear of the powder/grain colliding bars 4b is also hardly eliminated by the self-lining effect of the adhered powder/grain 7.
