CONSTITUTION:In a group control definition information storing part 12, the real storage information of allocation and information concerning the usurpation logic of the real memory determined for the unit of the group are stored in advance by a definition information set processing part 11 by groups G of the virtual memory area. Usurpation logic executing parts 16A and 16B to make idle the real memory under use are prepared by the individual usurpation logic to groups G1 and G3, for example, and the real memory area is brought away from the group G under prescribed management. A monitor processing part 13 refers an idle real memory pool P15 by the G and monitors the idle real memory capacity for each G. When there is no idle capacity, one of he usurpation logic executing parts 16A and 16B defined to the G is activated. When the real memory is allocated, an allocation processing part 14 investigates the G belonging to the virtual memory area, acquires and allocates the real memory for the unit of the G.
