Formation manner of the concrete manufacture which possesses the natural stone surface and treatment manner null of the surface

PURPOSE:To enable formation of the surface harmonizing with nature, by a method wherein a separator plate is pulled out after performing of the primary compaction of concrete on the inside of a concrete shuttering and a part of a natural pebble piece and a grain of sand expressed within a surface pallet is buried under the concrete on the inside of the concrete shuttering by performing the secondary compaction. CONSTITUTION:A surface pallet P treated for formation of the surface in a state of natural stone is put on a vibration rest 4 which serves as placing of the surface pallet P and the same is stopped by elevating the same up to a fixed position of the bottom of a concrete shuttering 1 along with the vibration rest 4. Then separator plates 2 are inserted into the concrete shuttering 1 from the right and left through insertion holes 16 of the separators 2 while rubbing the upper edge of the surface pallet P inserted into the concrete shuttering 1. The separator plate 2 is divided once from the surface pallet P, the primary compaction is performed with a vibration and pressing by loading a fixed quantity of concrete from the upper part of the concrete shuttering, then the separator plate 2 is pulled out from the center with a cylinder 3 and brought into contact with the concrete on the inside of the concrete shuttering and a natural pebble piece layer on the inside of the surface pallet. Then the concrete and natural pebble layer are pressed by lowering a press plate 11 provided on the upper part and the upper layer part of large and small natural pieces and a grain of sand are buried under the concrete by starting a vibrator 6.
