The mold frame 1 possesses water- permeability, and cavity is generated between the aggregates, and the cavities communicate each other, and a continuous gap is formed. When a concrete structure is constructed by using the mold frame 1, the excessive water W and the air A in the concrete 3 are excluded through the continuous gap, and mortar flows into the gap and hardened, and the mold frame 1 and the concrete 3 are firmly joined. Accordingly, the excessive water can be easily removed during the curing of concrete, and the joint performance with the laid concrete can be improved.
