SIMULATION TEST SCENARIO GENERATING DEVICE OF ON-LINE REAL-TIME COMPUTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To easily and accurately generate a scenario for a simulation test of the whole of a plant in a short time and enable the scenario to be reused and altered by determining the scenario for the simulation test by a scenario generation model according to an event discrimination code and its generation time. CONSTITUTION: Information on various in-plant facility specifications, operation conditions, supply bodies and their machining specifications, etc., is inputted through an input device H1, and the input information is classified by an input and output classifying device H2 and stored in data files H3-H9. An event generation model H10 regards body first arrivals at facility front ends and facility rear ends and body rear end leaving from the facility rear ends as events, and find event generation time for every body number from the data files H3-H9 and stores it in a data file H11. A scenario generation model H13 sorts effective events in the generation time order according to the generation time by the events stored in the data file H11 and event selection conditions stored in a data file H12, and then stores the events in a data file H14.
