SHUTDOWN OF POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT FOR FIRE PREVENTION IN CASE OF GAS LEAKAGE

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of fires attributable to gas leakage by taking out a gas leakage alarm signal and connecting the signal to a power source cut off device and shutting gas during a gas leakage. ;CONSTITUTION: In the case when gas leakage is generated while using gas by means of a gas appliance 1, a gas leakage alarm 2 detects the gas leakage, thereby operating a solenoid valve of the gas leakage alarm 2. A cut-off signal is transmitted to a power supply cut-off device 3 by way of a signal wire 5, thereby shutting off a power source which is introduced into an electric appliance 4 by way of the power source cut-of device 3 from a power source wire 6 and further by way of a power source wire 7.
