PURPOSE: To provide a easy input method by the computer supporting system of an accounts document on accounting finance, especially a blue return accounts document. ;CONSTITUTION: The accounting finance accounts document input method by the computer supporting system for generating the accounts document of a profit-and-loss statement, a balance sheet, sales/purchasing amount transition table by individual months of a manufacture cost report based on the amounts of a ledger, a book or a receipt and on an item and a head is provided. A system input means selects one of the profit-end-loss statement on the amount, the item and the head, the balance sheet or the manufacture cost report. Then, it is displayed on a system display means. When the new or corrected amount, item and head are inputted and written, a system control means corrects the new or corrected amount, item and head and writes the new and corrected amount, item and head, which are stored, on corresponding positions in the other profit-and-loss statement, the balance sheet, the sales/purchasing amount transition table by individual month or the manufacture cost report, which are not selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
