PURPOSE: To miniaturize and simplify fluid supply parts and fluid discharge parts which are arranged for each steam turbine valve, by opening/closing the steam turbine valves by the fluid pumps of the fluid supply parts arranged per each steam turbine valves, and controlling a motor to drive the fluid pumps by a controller. ;CONSTITUTION: In the opening degree controller of a steam turbine valve, an oil tank 2T, a pump 2PU and a motor 2M are provided for each steam turbine valve. A valve opening degree signal detected by the position detector 2DT of the steam turbine valve, is compared with a valve opening degree requirement signal by a valve position controller 6A so as to be inputted into an invertor 61 as an opening requirement signal or a closing requirement signal. The invertor 61 outputs three phase current voltage on the basis of a voltage reference signal whose frequency and phase are controlled so as to control the motor 2M. At this time, oil 2F in the oil tank 2T is fed into a cylinder 2CY by the normal rotation of the pump 2PU, so that the steam turbine valve is closed through a piston 2PI.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
