PURPOSE: To obtain a reagent for accurately analyzing a corpuscle component in urine by containing a buffer agent for maintaining pH within a specific range, an osmotic pressure compensating agent for maintaining an osmotic pressure within a specific range, a first dye of condensation benzene derivative, and a second fluorescent dye and chelate agent for dying a damaged cell. ;CONSTITUTION: An analysis reagent is constituted by containing (1) A buffer agent for maintaining pH at 5.0-9.0, (2) An osmotic pressure compensating agent for maintaining osmotic pressure at 100mOsm/kg-600mOSm/kg, (3) A first dye in condensation benzene system, (4) A second fluorescent dye for dying a damaged cell, and (5) Chelate agent. A corpuscle component in urine to be measured includes especially red cell, white cell, and epithelial cell. A buffer agent is used to constantly maintain the pH of a measurement sample to obtain a stable fluorescent intensity. An osmotic pressure compensating agent is added to prevent the hemolyzation of red blood and to obtain a stable fluorescent intensity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
