SERVO-TYPE ACCELERATION METER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AND MOUNTING PENDULUM USED FOR SERVO-TYPE ACCELERATION METER

PURPOSE: To provide a servo-type acceleration meter with an improved detection sensitivity and temperature characteristics by preventing stress distortion in a leaf spring from occurring. ;CONSTITUTION: Two leaf springs 11 and 12 where one edge is attached to a weight 13 for constituting a pendulum 14 and the other is attached to and supported by a stand 23 are connected by an interlocking body 31 and are formed in one piece. In the assembly, no relative position deviation occurs at the two leaf springs, thus preventing such inconveniences as the generation of residual stress at the leaf springs 11 and 12 even if the leaf springs 11 and 12 are attached to the weight 13 while one of them is inclined as compared with the other and hence they are forced to be mounted on a stand 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
