PURPOSE: To provide a housing method for optical fiber with which connection at the tracting terminal of an optical fiber with connector is facilitated. ;CONSTITUTION: A tension member extracted at a terminal processing part 4 of an optical fiber cable 1 is linked with a pulling terminal part 5 projecting from a protection pipe 3. Besides, optical fiber 6 are bundled by a bundling member 10, with which plural fiber can be respectively separated, so that an optical fiber bundle can be constituted. The connectors held by a connector cap 8 are stored in the protection pipe 3 while being distributed in the lengthwise direction of the optical fiber cable 1, the optical fiber 6 are inverted in front of the position where the connectors are housed, and its excess length is processed. When it is desired to intensively move the position of the bundling member 10, that position can be easily moved by tangentially pushing it with a finger, and assembly is facilitated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
