DISCHARGED STRAW-SWITCHING DEVICE OF THRESHED GRAIN STRAW-DISCHARGING CUTTER

PURPOSE: To provide a discharged straw-switching device capable of easily developing a discharged straw cutter by a simple operation and improved in safety, by disconnecting the tension clutch of belt transmission to downward move switching plates so as to switch and guide discharged straws to the side of a dropper. ;CONSTITUTION: The characteristics of this discharged straw-switching device compise disposing switching plates 4 capable of being vertically rotated to switch and guide discharged straws on the side of a lower discharged straw cutter 2 or on the side of a rear dropper 3 between a discharged straw chain 1 for carrying and discharging the threshed and discharged straws and the lower discharged straw cutter 2, disposing the discharged straw cutter 2 in a state capable of being developed and rotated together with the switching plates 4 on a rear ear tip side with respect to a thresher 5, and switching and connecting the switching plates so that a tension clutch 7 for a transmission belt 6 between the side of a thresher 5 and the side of the discharged straw cutter 2 is disconnected to downward move the switching plates 4 for guiding the discharged straws on the side of the dropper 3. When switched and guided on the side of the dropper 3, the straw foot-switching plate 4L and the ear tip-switching plate 4R are preferably together placed at positions below the straw-discharging chain 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
