PURPOSE: To provide a method for improving shape and gross of tea leaf and flavor and nourishing taste of tea-immersed solution. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for improving quality of tea leaf comprises spraying an aqueous solution containing fine powder of tea fruit oil cake and saponin into tea leaf. Thereby, immersed tea having god taste and mild and sweet taste is obtained. The tea treated by the method is relatively stable also in long period storage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
