PURPOSE:To improve earthquake resisting performance by engaging a square steel frame member with the inner peripheral surface of the square opening of reinforced concrete construction by contact and connecting steel braces raised from both ends of the one side of the frame member to the steel bundle protrusively provided on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A square opening 3 is formed of columns 1 and beams 2 of reinforced concrete construction. 'H' formed steel is also disposed along the inner peripheral surface of the opening 3 so as to form a frame member 5. A shear panel 7 is hangingly fixed at the center part of the upper side frame of the frame member 5, and braces 8 raised diagonally upward from both end parts of the lower side frame are rigidly bonded at the hanging end part of the panel 7.
